Deposit Policy.

All bookings will require a deposit to secure, which must be paid within 24 hours of receiving details on how and where to pay. 
(Appointment spaces will be offered to other people with no prior warning if we haven’t received the requested deposit within this timeframe).


Deposits can be paid by cash or card in the studio, or via bank transfer for bookings made via DM/email/Whatsapp.

Vouchers cannot be used as a deposit. (For all the info on our vouchers please click here).
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person (Exceptions MAY be made on a case by case basis)


**All tattoo deposits are non-refundable**

The deposit amount varies and will be discussed with you during the booking process.

For multi-session tattoos, a deposit will be required for each session booked.
 

Upon paying a deposit you acknowledge that you have communicated your tattoo design idea to the artist you have booked with.

You understand that creating a quality tattoo design based on a client concept is subjective, and that variations may exist between your concept and the final design.
If the finished design is not to your liking, minor changes will be made at the artist's discretion. However, you understand that substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing or draft may result in your booking being rescheduled to allow for re-designing of your tattoo. (this may result in a substantial wait due to how busy our artists are).
In this instance, your deposit will be carried over to the new date once only.

Please ensure that you have discussed the desired placement and size of the tattoo with your artist. If you change the placement of your design and the original concept is not suited to the new body area, the above may also apply at the discretion of the studio. 

 

Changes to sizing or if you wish to swap artist's will affect pricing/quotes.

Numbing Cream - We do not advocate the use of numbing cream due the the increased risk of potential reactions to ingredients or as a result of improper use or application.
Good as Gold Tattoos Ltd will not be held responsible in any way for any issues arising from the use of any product designed to numb the skin if you do decide to use them.

Deposits will be forfeit if...
 

  • ​You do not appear for your tattoo appointment.

  • You cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 5 days notice. *

  • You fail to reschedule a new appointment at the point of needing a new appointment date. **

  • You wish to reschedule your appointment more than once.

  • You arrive more than 20 minutes late to a tattoo appointment.

  • You arrive to a tattoo appointment without valid, in date, government-issued identification.

  • You arrive to a tattoo appointment with sunburn.

  • You arrive to your tattoo with numbing cream applied and we deem your skin unsuitable to tattoo as a result.

* (The 5 days must be 5 studio working days. We are closed Sunday & Monday so please bear this in mind when contacting us to re-schedule or cancel your appointment if you don't want to loose your deposit. If you contact us on a Sunday or Monday when the studio is closed, for an appointment that week, then your deposit will be forfeit).

(If you cannot attend your original appointment you must provide another date that you can attend at the time of wanting to reschedule, and we will endeavour to reschedule you on this or as close a date as possible. We will not hold deposits for a period of time).

By paying a deposit to secure your booking, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions and acknowledge receipt of the Non-refunable deposit policy.
